Personal information protection

With the enactment of Law 1582 from 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 from 2013 the Superintendence of Companies adopted a policy to handle personal information.

The Superintendence stores user information (from citizens, providers, and employees). This information is collected as part of regular operations, in the moment you as a user comes into contact with the Superintendence of Companies.

The objectives for the management of personal information are:
